Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

 Full Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  3. Promotion is only open to legal residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, : LSI Netherlands, (their families, agents,), Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited their families or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
  4. Opening date is 00:01 21 August 2024. Closing date is 23:59 06 November 2024. Weekly draws across the promotional period (Wednesday to Tuesday with the exception of the last draw, which will run from Wednesday to Wednesday and is over an 8 day period).
  5. Internet access is required. No purchase necessary.
  6. To enter prize draw:
    a. Scan the QR code printed on the instore display promotional material or go to http://www.win-peperami-animal.com/ and enter your full name, Morrisons store visited, date of entry and email address during the promotional period
    b. Each time you enter your name, date of entry and email address, you will be entered automatically into the corresponding weekly prize draw to win one of 10 Animal Key Rings.
    c. There are a total of 11 draws on the following dates:

  1. Multiple entries are permitted during the Promotion Period, providing each entry is completed as stated in Clause 6. Each entry will be entered into the relevant weekly draw. Illegible, incomplete, invalid, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.
  2. No person may win more than one prize.
  3. There are 110 prizes available to be won over the entire promotional period. The prize consists of 1x Peperami Clip On Plush Key Ring which is not suitable for young children under 12 months old. There will be 10 prizes available to be won for each of the 11 prize draws.
  4. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal of greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.
  5. All eligible entries will be entered into the corresponding weekly prize draw. The winners will be drawn at random via computer process on the Thursday or Friday following the end of each weekly period. A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously.
  6. Winners will be notified by email via the email address provided on entry within 3 working days of the prize draw and will have 14 days from initial contact to confirm delivery address details in order to claim their prize. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.
  7. In the case that a winner does not respond in time, rejects their prize or is ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice for each prize after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including junk folders.
  8. Prizes will be delivered by second class post within 28 days of valid prize claim and the completion of any verification process.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID (passport, driving license or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
  10. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
  11. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
  12. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
  13. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law
  15. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the promotion.
  16. The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting ed@beacon-marketing.co.uk. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing ed@beacon-marketing.co.uk. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
  17. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  18. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to ed@beacon-marketing.co.uk.   19. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  20. If any provisions of these terms and conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions.
  21. The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in Scotland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
